The Bible has a lot to say about love ❤️ and scripture says that His command is that we walk in love 👣 this week we’re talking about how we can live out love in our friendships. The love of friends should strengthen you, motivate you towards good things, and be a source of encouragement - and we should do likewise for our friends 🫂

February is here, and we all know it as the month of love 🥰 but love and relationships can be challenging to navigate, so this Sunday we’re starting a series in which we’re diving deeper into relationships and discussing how we should live out love in three different areas of our relationships ❤️ in Part 1 we’re talking about Love at Home as our foundation 🏡

The law of sowing and reaping is not limited to our life on earth 🌱 we need to realise that what we are sowing here we will also reap in eternity. Are we cultivating spiritual disciplines and a life of eternal impact? Or are we more focused on our earthly gains? 🌍 as we bring this series to an end, we’ll be discussing how we can sow for eternity 🙌

What are we sowing regarding our relationships? 🌱 as we continue our series, let’s talk about our behaviour, how we treat others, and whether we are sowing righteousness so that we can reap healthy relationships with those around us 🙏 let’s dive into some basic relationship matters 💬

As we move into the new year, it’s important that we understand that what we sow, we will reap 🌾 in this series we will help listeners of all ages see this principle in a practical and relatable way, encouraging them to take steps toward growth in character, relationships, and spiritual life 🙏 Let’s be challenged to look at the character we are sowing and growing 🌱

For many, the new year indicates an opportunity for new beginnings and second chances 😌 it’s an invitation to start fresh, to try again, and to do better than last year. But if we try to do this in our own strength, our efforts can lead to frustration and even disappointment 😅 what we really need is the help and strength of the One who promises to make All Things New 🙏

2024 is coming to an end, and as we reflect on the year there should be one thing we focus on… Gratitude 🙏 so as we prepare to start a new year, let’s enter with thanksgiving, and keep in mind God’s goodness and faithfulness in our lives 🙌

Merry Christmas! 🎄 as you celebrate this festive season and remember the birth of Christ, may you be reminded of the hope we have that with God, nothing is impossible 🙌

As we bring our series to an end, we look back on the birth of Jesus, our Prince of peace 👑 and we hold on to the truth that when Christ returns, He will bring lasting peace on earth 🙏

We live in this in-between, where we still live in this old earth, and we long for the new one 🌍 the new heavens and new earth are the culmination of the story, but what does this mean for us? We know that Jesus came to redeem us, but this redemption will only be completed when He returns 🙏

What are you doing while you wait for Jesus to return? 😌 between the first advent and the second advent of Christ, believers should be building up the Kingdom of God 🙏 in Part 2 of our series we are talking about actively waiting as we are Looking Forward to the coming of the Lord 🙌

As believers, we are called to represent Christ to the world around us 🌍 and to point people towards God’s plan for restoration and healing 🙏 this Sunday we’re starting our Advent series, ‘Between Two Worlds’, by taking a look at how every Christian and church community has been given gifts and a calling 🎁

In our world of noise and distraction, silence and solitude are essential for our soul’s survival 😅 in this final part of our series we’re taking a look at how Jesus created breathing room in His life to slow down, and be still with His Father 😌 let’s talk about how we can implement this practice in our own lives so that we can experience moments of peace even in the chaos.

Stuff, stuff, and more stuff! 🛍️ consumer culture tells us that we need more if we want to be happy. But more stuff often leads to more stress 😅 if we want to create breathing room in our lives, we have to look beyond our schedules only. It’s time to make room in our material and financial habits to avoid unnecessary pressure. Let’s see how Jesus modelled a life of simplicity and contentment 😌

Life is busy, and we easily get caught in the hurry 😅 but in the midst of all the chaos of life, God is calling us to rest 😌 in Part 2 of our series we’re talking about the Sabbath, which is God’s beautiful invitation to you to stop, rest, delight, and worship 🙌 let’s take time to rest as we aim to live a life with breathing room.

Here’s a question to ponder on: Is your pace of life stealing peace from your life? 🤔 it’s no secret that all of us need a moment to catch our breath 😮‍💨 today we’re starting a new series in which we will learn to live Jesus’ way, and find out how to live life with some Breathing Room 😌

As we end the book of Jude, we see that he provides practical guidance for how we can remain strong in the faith and avoid being led astray 📖 we must remain connected to the source of our strength, God Himself, if we are going to be ready to Keep Fighting 🥊

In Part 3 of our study of Jude, we’re seeing how he clearly describes the false teachers who have infiltrated the church, and exposes their true nature so they may be recognized 📖 in order to be aware of false teachings, we need to know our opponents 🧐

As we continue our series in the book of Jude, we’re taking a look at Why we Fight 🥊 Jude reminds the church of God’s judgements in the past on those who fell away, and uses that as a reason and motivation to fight for the faith 🙏

So far in our series we’ve spoken about the need for wisdom, and that the foundation of wisdom is God and His word 📖 but the journey towards wisdom shouldn’t be a solo one 👣 we need a healthy community that will bring accountability. In Part 3 we’re talking about the need for wise relationships 👥
