Some general ponderings on Astral Projection.

I had an uplifting astral experience this morning, letting go can be liberating!

Ever heard music in the astral? I just love it when those astral speakers kick in.

This is an interesting experience leaving my dream body.

Interesting series of OBEs from a different body.

Sometimes it’s just too easy to forget our night time escapades, we wake up and immediately tune in yo our busy days, it can really make a difference to memory recall if we spend some time just chilling before we start our day.

Out on my walk today I decided to share with you a quote I often use before I attempt to astral project.

This is a favourite astral projection technique that I have used with a lot of success.
