Arrested in Mexico

It’s my court date. I finally get to see the judge. The people have been paid. You’ll find out how much. Now let see if they come through. Even up until the las minute I can’t seem to catch a break. Saying goodbye to my cell mates and preparing to cross the border one last time. Good bye Mexico.

After finding out that people have been paid off. Why Am I still here? Everybody double talks. Im told I’ll be out in a few days then my attorney tells me that he said I would know in a few days. Im not confused! I know what he said.  The days are going slower & slower the longer Im here. I finally get a court date. The guys in the cell decide to make tamales for my going away celebration. On this episode I find out the truth of how many people need to get paid off to get out of here. Primo tells me that my “guy in Cabo” is a liar. More delays for no reason and hold ups on money. This place is evil. 

After a week in a cell by myself that also had a fly hatchery. I read from my journal I kept while in prison.  I get out in time to go to yard next Thursday. My Wife a daughter visit me for the first time. The process to get a visit is quite the ordeal for my wife and daughter. I never thought about the strip search… 

I make a visit to the nurse. I get good news. Things are supposed to be moving forward. This is the first time we go to yard, I’ll get to use the phone and talk to Home. My wife has put money on my books and I’ll be able to buy food to contribute to the cell. I don’t understand why my wife can’t tell me what’s really going on. I think I have tuberculosis I’m put in a cell by myself or so I thought...

After 1 week in a holding cell C-108. I am now  entering the second floor cell, my new permanent home Cell C-305. experience what it’s like to be the new guy. What 19 people in a 6 man cell looks like. I found a picture on line from a cell in Tijuana.
