i’ve been sitting with this message for a while but im grateful it’s time for it to be released. in this episode, I reflect on a constant reminder i’ve been receiving for the past couple months. the time is now, and there is no other perfect time than the now. this message is for those who need that push forward. 🫶🏽

in a time when we are craving authenticity, we need you to be you. in this weeks episode i wanted to share the importance of being who you are so that you can align with everything that is for you. knowing yourself is your greatest strength and asset so lean into your truth.

in this week’s episode i wanted to talk about giving yourself the credit for what you are currently doing. oftentimes we think so much about the future we forget to celebrate all that we are doing right now and how far we have come. you deserve to give yourself some praise too. acknowledge your hard work, your growth, your strength because only you know what it took to get there.

I wanted to dedicate this episode to talking about the importance of solitude and being okay with our own company. there’s peace that can be found within the time spent with yourself. when you listen to your soul when it calls on you it’ll quiet all the noise around.

in this episode im talking about the process of healing and the choose we have to make to go through it. some days may feel better than others but it’s still worth it to be able to get to the other side of those experiences. we have to acknowledge them first and understand what they are trying to teach us. we can’t always control what happens but we can control how we heal.

let’s get back to the love, everything starts within. in this episode im sharing the importance of loving on yourself through all moments because that is what will open you up to receiving all the things that you deserve.

it’s okay to not know the answers, sometimes it’s just not for us to know yet. this week’s episode is dedicated to a well needed word that I received that has helped me to refocus and allow everything to happen the way it’s supposed to. a reminder to release the control you think you have and continue to trust.

what is for you will never be late so just be patient because it’s on the way.
