I know I went really in depth on this Kiffin stuff. What do you want? I turned on the mic and talked for 45 mins. Sue me. In the final installment, I try to figure out if Lane is actually pulling for Ole Miss tonight.

Lane Kiffin is in a position where he cannot win. We know this. But, part of the problem is that Lane is a victim of pile on culture. Once the internet/media has decided that someone is terrible, everyone else decides this person is terrible. I lived it in Philly.

I'm in no way some staunch defender of Lane Kiffin. I don't even know if I like the guy. But, the attack on Kiffin paired with the love fest for Pete Golding and Ole Miss is nauseating. First off, Golding is getting blown for how he's handing the situation and for all the things he's saying. Of course he is! It's politics. He cannot lose. Lane cannot win. First off, Ole Miss people are insufferable. I keep reading about how Pete Golding, the new Ole Miss coach, has won the divorce over Lane Kiffin. Well, it's easy to win the divorce when you are coaching a ready made team! I was reading that smart college teams are winning in the portal as opposed to with high school recruiting. I've always felt that should be the strategy.

Jilly made the mistake of pouring grease down our kitchen sink. The sink clogged and we had to call a plumber. That said, this old house is pretty creepy. First off, we have no dishwasher or garbage disposal..which sucks. Also, some of the shit in our basement is ancient. Let's discuss.

My dad's dog died last night. Scooby was 8. The way he died was such a sad thing and I can't imagine how my dad and Cindy must have felt. I get that my perspective is different because I don't have kids. But, losing a pet is a really rough thing.
