The Scotty I'm referring to is Scotty Gertken, my co host from KSHE 95. It's not Scotty Innes. I rarely post anything from the KSHE days. Mostly, because there weren't many days. Back when we were doing the pod on Twitch, our friend Bobbo was a regular guest. Bobbo's appearances were always legendary and his stories are epic. I haven't listened to this in years.

Leave it up to USA Today to write the ultimate Sherrone Moore drivel... This story asks if what Sherrone Moore did was really any worse than what some other coaches have done. Of course, this story takes a very predictable route....can you guess?

The Eagles survived yesterday. The topic of conversation after the game was Josh Allen v. Jalen Hurts. I hate living in this world where ever game, hell every play, is some sort of referendum on these guys. It's annoying.

It is December in Michigan. Today I learned about snow squalls. You don't want to mess around with snow squalls. I'm envious of people in warmer climates...

Jake Paul made $100 million bucks to get his jaw broken. I'm oversimplifying this. But, people love to dump on the Paul brothers. Perhaps, we should be admiring them. This leads to a big picture talk about people who make something of themselves.

Well, the obvious answer for the NBA's tanking problem is relegation. But, that will never happen. The tanking talk leads to a big picture discussion of issues with sports. Where has my love for sports gone? Why do I seemingly hate sports? Do other people feel this same thing?

Sorry I'm late getting a few pods out there today. I'm doing like 5-6 different jobs to make a few bucks. Actually, I want to explain to you all the gigs I'm currently doing to make extra cash. This leads to a big picture radio discussion. I know you guys enjoy those.

Considering Kenny Dillingham spurned Michigan to stay at Arizona State, I don't think the Michigan job is nearly as attractive as others seem to think it is. I think we are in an era where programs of various prestige can compete for titles. It seems Dillingham feels the same way. Also, it's miserably cold in Michigan. Have I mentioned that?

The Bears have some sort of magic. Perhaps they have the Pope vibes. I don't know, but the luck will eventually run out. I'm counting down the days until Sean Payton loses in the playoffs. It will bring me much joy. Can anyone in the AFC win it all?

DK Metcalf took a swing at a Lions fan on Sunday. The fan claims he just referred to Metcalf by his government name Metcalf responded by taking a swing. Ochocinco claims he knows that the fan called DK a racial slur. Who do we believe here?

The President decided to go off on a tangent about women's undergarments. It's actually remarkably funny audio. Do women still wear silk underpants?

I'm not some diehard Chiefs fan, but I think it's insane that the team is leaving Arrowhead to play in some sterile new stadium. My first football team was the Chiefs. I always wanted to see a game at Arrowhead. I can't think of too many teams that are still synonymous with their home stadium. This is just another reason why sports are turning me off.

Let's look at this weekends NFL matchups and guess the point spreads... Let's also look at these games and pick some winners.

Mike Meltser asked me that question via text today. Is the fate of Michigan football in the hands of John Mateer? It's truly a fascinating thought. Let's look at how this could play out. Will Kalen DeBoer leave?

Let's take a look at the NFL playoffs if the season ended today. I stand by this...the Rams are winning the Super Bowl. That said, there are teams who are currently struggling who would get major matchup advantages in this post season scenario. Let's take a look.

I'm appalled by how the Rams choked last nights game. I have so many questions... Well, I have one major question..How the hell did they not go for 2 with a chance to go up 17 points? It's mind blowing. Does this game change my mind about the Rams winning the Super Bowl?

My plan was to break down the epic Rams/Seahawks game in this episode. But, plans changed when I decided to go off on a tangent about seasonal depression. After spending one month of winter in Detroit, I feel like this area has to suffer from a high percentage of seasonal depression. It's impossible to not want to jump out in front of a moving car.

I think we are going to look back ten years from now and barely remember who won the Heisman. I am losing interest in college football. It's been happening for a few years. For me, I notice subtle changes in my passion. I anticipate people are dealing with similar issues.

I despise Rich Eisen. I mean, I think he's the epitome of pretty much everything I hate. He's smarmy. He's not relatable. He's basic. He offers nothing. Earlier this week, he offered the classic sports media doofus take about the Chiefs not being in the playoffs...

Well, this is one that we didn't anticipate... Coach O has some advice for the disgraced former Michigan football coach. Here's the thing, I don't know that there is a chance for Moore to rebound. People can overcome some bad stuff. But, there may be too much here.

Brian Smith was the head coach at Ohio University. He has been fired for "serious professional misconduct". The misconduct? Having drinks in his office. Something smells weird about this story.

First off, let's listen to some audio of Jason Kelce on the WIP morning show discussing what we learned from the Raiders game. I actually agree with his sentiments. Second, watching this video, I've had a bit of an epiphany about the Kelce family. It's a take that may be the hottest ever delivered.

As we spoke about in a previous episode, the NBA Cup is mostly stupid. But, if it works, you have to continue. My question would be, does it actually work? Do fans actually care more? What does the fan actually get from this?
