Trump wants to end federal funding for NPR and PBS. To be fair, NPR is in fact biased and I don't believe the government should fund any media. That said, PBS shouldn't go away. I didn't watch PBS as a kid because we had cable. Why would I watch a stupid show about a talking Aardvark when I could watch "Double Dare"? Do kids actually learn anything from these shows?

I have applied for the 97.5 The Fanatic Philly job. I'm telling you now that I have a 0.0% chance of getting the job. Actually, I have a 0.3% chance of getting a return phone call. Would Mike Missanelli, the guy I competed with in Philly, even allow me to work on the same station? He already derailed that quest before. I truly believe I'm the only person they could hire to make any sort of noise.

The NHL and NBA playoffs have been outstanding. People on the radio in St. Louis are forgiving the Blues for blowing Game 7 to the Jets. It is really a shame we don't get to witness a Game 7 in the Pistons/Knicks series. I enjoyed it. It was old school, scrappy, hard hitting basketball. For people who rip the NBA for being soft, this series was a throwback. Plus, I enjoy when poverty sports towns have a resurgence. That's what's happening in Detroit. I'm going to read you the job posting and ask if you think I'm qualified for this job. I'm not telling you I should get this job. I'm not telling you I want this job. I'm telling you I should be considered for any sports radio gig that's open in Philly.

Steven Spielberg has named "The Godfather" the greatest American movie of all time. I've never watched it in its entirety. I take a look at the AFI Top 100 movies list to see how many I've seen. I went to see the new Cheech and Chong movie and I enjoyed it. Plus, someone finally got fed up with the rude St. Louis moviegoers.

An idiot fan of the St. Louis Battlehawks got slapped by a player. Why are fans so emboldened to be morons? Tyrese Haliburton's dad ran on the court to talk shit to Giannis after the game last night. I'm pro player when it comes to fan/players having altercations.

After seeing a headline about Shedeur Sanders in today's USA Today, I find myself needing to vent on the state of news media. I don't understand how anyone has any trust for these people. It has nothing to do with trump or "fake news" or any of that. I just don't understand how people don't see what they are doing.

Are people who get scammed by fake celebrities arrogant or stupid? This is the question I ask anytime I see a story about some woman who thinks she's in an online relationship with a celebrity. That said, this one is a doozy.

My Buddy AJ Hoffman posted something on Twitter that I found amusing. Basically, he challenged sports writer Clarence Hill to stop being full of shit. What incentive does anyone have to stop being full of shit? When guys turn down White House visits, do we believe they are doing so for themselves or for fear of social media backlash?

The Rockets lost to the Warriors and their season is more than likely over. They lost because they can't make free throws. It's truly astounding when professional players shoot 63% from the line. Is Jalen Green a star? It's debatable. Ime made a major 4th quarter coaching blunder that I believe cost them mightily. I've got an NBA bet for Tuesday night.

What I've learned in my years of doing media is that there is a shocking number people who just don't get sarcasm. What I've learned in recent years is if someone is super political, they really, really don't get sarcasm Why is this? What caused this?

I've got multiple death stories from the St. Louis area that are strange. The first involves and old man and his wife. The second is very "Final Destination" like....
