I'm blown away by the number of people that call radio stations who don't have an email address. Perhaps I'm wrong, but it feels like it's almost impossible to live in 2025 without one.

I'm not an NBA hater by any means. But, it's funny that the NBA releases it's schedule and no one seems to care. The NFL owns everything.. Also, what the hell is the NBA doing not scheduling Memphis to play on MLK Day?

I interview Ted Nugent this morning. Well, technically I interviewed Ted Nugent yesterday. Anywho, the reaction from people on social media is insane. People are truly batshit crazy. I was working a remote with Muslim gal and she was telling me about all the joys of Halal meat. There is a Halal butcher down the road from the station. This butcher shop was bad ass.

I find myself right smackdab in the middle as the two groups of political zealots embarrass themselves. My timeline is loaded with angry right wingers who are outraged by the idea of dude cheerleaders in the NFL. Look, I'd much rather watch hot chicks shaking that ass. The Kelce's had a giant night with their Taylor Swift episode. First off, Taylor, when just being a human is very charming. I found her to be adorable and snarky. Second, I still hate the Kelce family. USA Today's sports section is almost all Taylor Swift...very weird.

Midland Legacy High School, which was once Robert E. Lee High School, will now be Midland Lee again. I have no issue with schools being named after Civil War era people. It may seem dumb in some cases...but the idea of it doesn't bother me. What bothers me is cratering to political pressure every 4 years.

Tonight, Taylor Swift will break the internet by appearing on the "New Heights" Podcast. I don't dislike her. I actually respect and admire her for building herself into the superstar she is. Good for her. I really, really dislike the Kelce Family Grift.

Earlier we discussed the stupidity of John Mateer. Now, we introduce you to LSU running back JT Lindsey. My man was arrested by the US Marshalls for letting his buddies, who happened to be on the run after maybe committing a murder, crash in his dorm. He's a sharp one.

Oklahoma QB John Mateer is denying claims that he has bet on sports. Now, it's easy for people to assume that he has bet on sports considering the fact his Venmo transactions are labeled "Sports Gambling". Did he do it? Is he truly that stupid?

For some reason, Cracker Barrel decided to go for the younger crowd. How did they do this? They have remodeled some locations and have gone for a brighter, more contemporary look. Who asked for this? What young person is all of the sudden gonna go "Hey, I wanna start eating at Cracker Barrel."?

I don't know why I find myself so intrigued by stories like this... A super computer has picked the 2026 Super Bowl Champion.. The top team may be a surprise.. But, I'm really tickled by the worst team.

Yesterday was my birthday. You probably didn't know because it wasn't plastered all over Facebook. This is a beautiful thing. I'm of the belief that no grown man likes to deal with being told "Happy Birthday" in the office.

AOL has announced the end of dial up internet. I was shocked to find out the number of households still using it. Dial up is one of those things like Blockbuster, Red Box and DVD Netflix that was look back on fondly but really did suck. Man, I do miss the old days though...

I love this story. To me, the idea of "breaking barriers" indicates that someone did something many people have been forcefully kept from doing. Like, how many ladies are clamoring to be baseball umpires. Also, I find the "She's Just A DEI Hire!!" weirdos to be annoying as well.

I don't know if this story is true or not. But, Howard Stern reportedly hates Alex Cooper, host of "Call Her Daddy" , Joe Rogan and Andy Cohen. Is it really shocking that this has been hates successful people in the new media world? His fall from relevancy has been a truly shocking one...

Our Friday ended up getting more lit than we had planned. What was supposed to be a chill night culminated in drunken karaoke at a dive bar. Speaking of dive bars, I don't believe new country belongs on the jukebox. Also, this leathery old lady crushed Jimmy Buffett karaoke..here's the audio.

Last week we talked about a review of the new SEC football series on Netflix. The review stated that Diego Pavia and Brian Kelly were unlikable. I beg to differ.

Jon Gruden wants in the SEC and I'm all for it. The question is, does he really want it? It sounds good until you actually have the gig and have to go through the grind. Would he be accepted? Jimbo Fisher also wants to coach. I don't see any scenario in which he gets back in the SEC or a power conference.

For the second time in 3 years, Mike Missanelli has been dumped by 97.5 The Fanatic in Philly. It makes sense because he is inconsequential. That said, no one is going to win there because it's a wasteland. Crossing Broad speculates Jon Marks could get the gig. Hey, he's a good dude and has the right mindset...but, no one will win there. The company that owns the station is also a joke.

The combo of mounjaro+coffee+no food has me all sorts of wired. I had a nice meeting with a potential member of my radio show. I'm sort of uncomfortable being in the position of judging candidates for the job.
