Permission to Dream 07.09.2026 38:55
Episode 12: Permission to Dream Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today, we’re talking about permission to dream. A dream is a mental picture of a future possibility. It’s high on inspiration, but often low on structure. It’s a deep desire for how we hope the future could look. But dreaming takes courage. Because to dream, we have to be willing to imagine something that does not yet exist....
Permission to Forgive 31.08.2026 39:19
Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today we’re talking about one of the hardest permissions to live out: permission to forgive. Forgiveness can feel complicated because sometimes the hurt was real, the apology never came, the relationship was never repaired, and the person who wounded us may never fully understand what they caused. So we hold on. We replay the conversation. We revisit the of...
Permission to Rewrite the Story 24.08.2026 37:03
Episode Title: Permission to Rewrite the Story Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today, we’re talking about the freedom to rewrite the story. Every one of us lives from a story. Some parts were shaped by what happened to us. Others were formed by what people said about us, what we learned to believe, or the labels we carried for years. Maybe your story sounds like: “I’m not enough.” “People...
Permission to Begin 17.08.2026 35:10
Episode Title: Permission to Begin Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today, we’re talking about the courage to begin something new. For many of us, starting is the hardest part. We wait until we feel ready, confident, qualified, certain, or fully prepared. We tell ourselves we need more experience, a clearer plan, better timing, or confirmation that everything will work out. But faith rarel...
Permission to be Human 10.08.2026 28:15
Episode Title: Permission to Be Human Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today, we’re talking about something many of us struggle to give ourselves: permission to be human. Permission to have limits. Permission to feel deeply. Permission to need rest, ask for help, make mistakes, and admit when we do not have it all together. Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to confuse strength wi...
Permission to Tell the Truth 03.08.2026 41:12
Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today we’re talking about something that has the power to change every relationship in your life: permission to tell the truth. Truth sounds simple—until it costs us something. Sometimes the hardest truths aren’t the ones we tell other people. They’re the ones we avoid telling ourselves. “I’m exhausted.” “I’m hurt.” “I need help.” “I’m afraid.” “This relati...
Permission to Break the Agreement 27.07.2026 38:09
Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today we’re talking about a kind of agreement that many of us don’t even realize we’ve made. Not a contract we signed. Not a promise we spoke out loud. But an agreement we quietly accepted somewhere along the way. Maybe it sounds like this: “I’m not enough.” “I have to earn love.” “If I disappoint people, they’ll leave.” “I have to be perfect.” “I’ll never...
Permission to Put Down the Phone 20.07.2026 36:47
Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today we’re talking about one of the most important boundaries we can set in our modern world: permission to put down the phone. Most of us don’t think of our phones as something we need boundaries with. They’re our calendars, our cameras, our connection to family, our work, our entertainment, and our source of information. But somewhere along the way, many...
Permission to Set Boundaries 13.07.2026 32:01
Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today we’re talking about something that many of us desperately need but often feel guilty for: permission to set boundaries. For some of us, the word boundaries feels selfish. We worry that saying “no” means we’re being unkind, disappointing people, or letting someone down. So we keep saying “yes”—yes to one more commitment, one more request, one more resp...
Permission to Play 06.07.2026 29:52
Welcome back to The Power of Permission. Today we’re talking about something that may feel surprisingly difficult for many of us: permission to play. When was the last time you laughed without looking at the clock? Created something just because it brought you joy? Played a game with your kids, took a walk without a destination, or did something simply because it delighted your heart? For many of...
Permission to Rest 29.06.2026 32:39
Today we’re talking about something many of us desperately need but often struggle to receive: permission to rest. For some of us, rest feels uncomfortable. We can sit down, but our minds keep running. We can take a day off, but guilt follows us. We tell ourselves we’ll rest when the work is finished, the house is clean, the goals are met, or everyone else is taken care of. The problem is that for...
The Power of Permission 22.06.2026 30:21
Most of us are waiting for permission in ways we don’t even realize. Permission to rest. Permission to say no. Permission to be honest. Permission to belong. Permission to make mistakes. Permission to be human. Somewhere along the way, many of us began living from performance instead of freedom, striving instead of grace, perfection instead of authenticity. We learned to measure our worth by what...
