I'm Jeynelle, also known as Buffbaby88. You probably've heard of me, probably haven't. But in my own circle, I'm known to change my mind at least 5 times in 30 minutes. And yes, I'm at quarter life and I AM HAVING A CRISIS. This is a podcast about navigating the emotionally chaotic self (which you'll probably relate to) while being ambitious, emotionally dramatic and self-aware all whilst figuring it out - Against My Will! I don’t have it all together. And honestly, neither do you. But that’s the point. If life feels messy, confusing, overwhelming, or chaotic — you’re not alone.

Take it with a pinch of salt but I really hate how we show up for love because of what social media says. Social media determines what's right what's wrong and I'm tired of that because it really messes me up. I want to give my own views based on how I feel about different situations. What do you think?
