AFC College

The regular season has concluded. We know who gets the Conference bragging rights for a year and who's going to battle it out for the National Championship. But College Football would not be College Football if it wasn't the for the necessary drama and upsets to get there.

This upcoming weekend, we are already into the championship part of the season. Every conference will decide on its champion and most likely who'll represent them in the play-offs. It's the part of the season we absolutely love. The best against the best. Time to settle amongst friends who's the rightful trash talker and who gets to hear about it for a year. Alabama - Georgia, Washingt...

With the regular season closing in on its finale, each gameweek seems more important than the previous one. Can favorites keep on convincing us they belong? Or is the picture on the clearcut favorite becoming clearer? It's all part of the discussion this time of the year. And we absolutely love it. Also, Auburn paid New Mexico State $1.85 million to trash them.

We finally found out if the Michigan Wolverines and Georgia Bulldogs are for real. Right? Everybody had this week circled for Michigan at least. The Big Ten especially, since they thought it would be the perfect time to suspend Jim Harbaugh. Nothing like some college football drama. And Bo Nix may have finally had himself the game that solidifies him as the favorite to win the Heisman. By the way,...

In this College Special, AFCB meets up with PFF's Max Chadwick. He's the lead College Football Analyst at one of the premier football analytics companies in the world. That is probably why he is the best man to talk to, if you want to talk about the greatest show on earth. What is the strongest 2024 NFL Draft Class? Is Caleb Williams or Drake Maye going #1? Do we need play-off expansion? W...

It’s a college tradition to break down goalposts when something great happens. This time, it is the epitomy of a great rivalry that finds its conclusion in Week 10 of the CFB. It’s hard not to get emotional. It marked the cherry on top of a great weekend, that saw a Heisman showdown in Cali, two SEC clashes and one hell of a game in Texas.

Down goes Oklahoma! The Sooners lost for the first time in their history to the Kansas Jayhawks. Game over now for the Sooners' playoff hopes? Georgia flexed on Florida and we also have a look at Oregon beating down Utah. We are also looking forward to the college playoff rankings and Dirk has a surprising number 1. Who will it be?

Before the season, you would see a scenario where you had 3 BIG10 teams in the play-offs. After Week 8 happened, that scenario has been thrown in the garbage, just like North Carolina's play-off hopes. You see, Saturdays in October are something else. With one scenario being sentenced to death, another one arises. Alabama in the play-offs. Could it happen? Week 8 has provided us many talking p...

After a week off, Jens and Alexis dive deeper into the game of year, or at least to some. It comes at the midpoint of a season that has absolutely not disappointed. We've had the most debated offseason team come and go. An intense Heisman race and a play-off picture that seems wide open.

With Week 5 of College Football officially in the books, Alexis and Jens sit back and reflect on what has been an amazing weekend. A lot of high scoring games, struggling favorites and possibly the play of the season. Typical College Football weekend.

The gang is back. Alexis joins the podcast again and is ready to battle out any disagreements with Jens. On this week’s menu is the historical weekend with 6 ranked games. Colorado was ready to show the world they were ‘it’, but they should have never gotten of the bus. Ohio State wins close against 10 Irish defenders and Cameron Ward shows he could be in the Heisman conversation. That and so much...

For the third week in a row, Jens and Dirk chop up this week's college football action. We have a look at Georgia - South Carolina, Florida-Tennessee and the battle of Colorado. And what is going on with the Alabama Crimson Tide? To wrap it up; Jens wants to talk about a new favorite for the second QB taken in the 2024 NFL Draft. Who will it be? Check it here!

Whenever Alabama loses, it feels like the world is on fire. But it happens. And it happened against Texas nonetheless. Sweet revenge for last year. And USC seems to have the Heisman at quarterback. Caleb Williams is having highlight play after highlight play. Who's going to stop him? Bo Nix? Michael Penix Jr? Marvin Harisson Jr? We're in for a great season.

A new season, a new podcast. As of this week there will be a weekly AFCB college review podcast! This review podcast will be in English since this is the only college football podcast in Belgium and we want to accomodate all Belgian college football fans. In week 1 we witnessed the rise of the Coach Prime hype and the Colorado Buffaloes. We also look at the second coming of Florida State and the b...
