I guess I get to be put to the test as Tory comes and shares what he knows and what he has learned.  Who knows, did I get an F in teaching class or a B-?  Guess you will have to listen and grade it!  Listen from someone who has just entered the credit world.  Ya know you want to!

You do not need 5 new trade-ins to have good scores.  You do not need 10 lines of credit.  Slow down, do these in a proper fashion in your budget fool!  BUDGET!  Do not over extend.  

Medical bills are so dumb!  Some get reported to credit, some you cannot even find because they sale the account to different collection agencies.... So what now?  WE ARE GONNA FIGHT A BATTLE ALL!  1

What if you start right now, buying real estate and can retire in 30-35 years?  Sounds crazy to think 30-35 years?!?!  But what if you are 25 and start?  Retire at 55?  I THINK SO!

Okay- so what if you house hop and take full advantage of all the options while you’re young!  RETIRE AT 55 or younger?  Yeah I think so.

What do we have set aside for a housing payment so we are ready to jump in and pre-qualify for a home!  Basic math people..... get out the notebook and lets do some basic math!

Why do the credit report systems have to be so hard sometimes!?!?!  Annoying for sure on all the moving pieces.

Installment Loans, Revolving Loans, Student Loans and Mortgages.....Is my credit depth enough?  Credit depth is how much credit I have and for how long.  Have I setup the right path to be credit worthy?

Better be paying attention to what is going on with your credit report.  You are now a perfect candidate for the LOSERS who think Identity Theft is great!  

That crappy medical paperwork you have to fill out, everytime you go to the doc, to fill time if you ask me... but, PROTECT THAT SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!  What do you do with that medical bill, collection and all that fun stuff.   We know that root canal or sinus infection is coming.  :)

So perhaps you aren't quite ready to kick your parents to the curb. Little trick to get credit scores to come fast.  Become an authorized user..... BUT, there are tricks to this too!  

If you run out of money before you run out of month, you are SCREWED! Then you will have to ask your friend to borrow money, that will make your friend mad and not like you anymore and then you will be sad. Your choice of not budgeting money will leave you without friends and sad... so, save the heartache and just save your money and BUDGET! Keep your friends and budget money. Simple as that. :)

Yes, we all need wheels and we all want that new dirtbike.... Slow down turbo and make sure you understand how important it is to do installment loans right! 

So dumb!  I hate the fact that there are different scoring models with the same companies doing the same thing, well kind of.  Learn a little history lesson, super fast about how scores came about and some differences.  Don't skip this.  It might light a fire under you with my challenge!
