There’s a lot of stress and anxiety surrounding Covid. In this episode I’ll go over a few techniques to help ease the stress and anxiety we all are feeling during this time.

Often times the reason we are afraid to go after our goals is because we keep a Plan B in our back pocket. I'm not talking about birth control but the fearful mindset that things will not work out. In this episode, my guest and I will discuss how there are times when our Plan B may be the thing that keeps up stuck and frustrated.

Covid-19 or Corona Virus 🦠 has seem to shaken the world. There’s a lot panic and uncertainty. However, I wanted to encourage someone with a brief message of hope.
