Let's get a recap of June thus far, and talk about how things are going. What are some of my triggers, perimenopause, and how to balance that with teenage hormonal shifts. How do I keep it together? Come on in, have a sit, get comfy, get your favorite drink and listen up!

It's been a lot...to say the least. Life has been a whirlwind of family members death, transitions of my career, the twins from Elementary to Middle School, myself in perimenopause, and my girls in full throttle puberty with all the attitude.. and some. And yet still, I continue to push through.

I'm back, and I'm ready to push out some new content. I took a much needed break, mostly because I'm not tech savy and the new plateform had me very confused. I'm here, I'm older, wiser, and ready to continue the ride. I hope this finds you well, and as always, Shine Bright!
