The Duke of Louisville Bill Bailey was coerced out of retirement to fill in for vacationing Terry Meiners. Bailey dominated Louisville radio ratings in the late 60s and most of the 70s on WAKY, WCII, and WKLO. It was exceedingly cool to have the Duke show up for a week at WHAS Radio to spin yarns and reconnect with listeners.
