26歳。母の認知症介護をしています。解決策も、役立つノウハウも語りません。 綺麗事抜きで、日々のストレスや苦悩を吐き出すだけの「生存記録」です。誰かのためになるかは分かりませんが、 同じように、終わりが見えない夜を過ごしている「若者ケアラー」の耳に届けばいいなと思って始めました。独り言のような、ボイスメモのようなラジオです。
