We’re baaack! The sisters head to the California/Nevada border to tackle the Tahoe Rim Trail. Get ready for a spontaneous adventure taking advantage of a late season weather window with all the laughs and challenges that come along with it.

Molly and Carrie go back to Yosemite to finish the section of trail from Tuolumne to Happy Isles. They reflect on the beginning of their adventure and enjoy an amazing fall day with a trail friend who returned to finish the trek with them.

Carrie and Molly are heading into the High Sierra! They depart from MTR and make their way up to Evolution Basin, meeting several intriguing trail characters along the way.

Molly and Carrie cross Selden pass and race a thunderstorm to make it to Muir Trail Ranch. They talk resupplying at the ranch and Carrie’s hack for packing a bear can. They end the day with a soak in the hot springs and a beautiful sunset, but they have an unexpected visitor that night.

The “bubblegum twins” enjoy spending half a day at VVR. After crossing lake Edison in an incoming storm, they ascend HRH Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Hill, misidentify the entirety of the south Sierra and make camp as the sun sets. More reminiscing of their love for toilets occurs as they pre dig cat holes on the edge of a steep hill.
