Merry Christmas! This year, we were blessed with the gift of the absolutely bonkers holiday movie Noel, starring Paul Walker. (Shoutout to Cara Gael O'Regan who told us about it and then absolutely refused to re-watch it.) In this episode, we open a literal (!) mailbag and talk about Johnny Tran's spoken menace at Race Wars. Then, we head back to 2004, a time where (apparently) we were all trying...

There's still more movies (and more Fast & Furious!) to come this lap, but it's time for our scheduled Lap 7 Tune-Up / Relap / Recap. First, we kick things off with a small mailbag and video game talk (Not Tonight and Wilmot's Warehouse) before taking a deep dive into the four deleted scenes from Furious 7 (starting at 19:25) to discuss the enormity of the new revelations... and the inherent logic...

'Tis the season, so we're grabbing a knife and talking about The Long Kiss Goodnight because "chefs do that." Before we lose our memories, though, we open the mailbag and pull up next to a Ferrari at a deleted scene best left forgotten. Then, we welcome in friend and past guest (and patron who picked this episode), Christian "Mr. Christmas" Larson, to talk about all things Shane Black and The Long...

We're headed back to Morocco (and New Orleans, and...), this time with Nico and Kevo, to talk about Fast & Furious Crossroads! Before we stop a rocket from taking off (and destroying the planet?), we talk about Christopher Nolan as the latest Fast & Furious superfan, and head to Lifeguard Tower 60 to join Brian and Mia on their date in our latest deleted scene. Then, Nico Vasilo (X is for Podcast)...

In the mood for some more intelligent fare? We advise you check out our episode on the sophisticated palate of Shutter Island. First, though, we open the mailbag and swing by The Racer's Edge to talk about some words we've heard that floated through the air. (Right-right.) Then, we're shippin' up to Shutter Island to talk all about the least (critically) successful Martin Scorsese-Leonardo DiCapri...

We're celebrating our 150th episode in style with a little help from our friends (no, sorry, family), as well as with a trip to the desert of Paris, Texas! In our opening, we welcome in a familiar voice for the very first time (and thank a couple people for their awesome generosity), look at the future of movie theaters, and take our shirts off to talk about the first time we drove as we break dow...

We're closing up Throwback Week on 2 Fast 2 Forever by jumping forward two decades to talk about Rock Hudson in John Frankenheimer's Seconds! Before we get there, though, we talk about the brand new 2 Fast 2 Forever shop, sort through some mail, and dive deep into the ins and outs of Jesse's living situation in The Fast and the Furious. Then, we get ready to stomp those grapes as we dissect Second...

We're taking a trip in our movie time machine all the way back to 1945 to talk about the Alfred Hitchcock movie Spellbound! Before we dive into our dreams and uncover buried memories about this one, though, we catch up on Thanksgiving stuff and talk about Tanner and Brian at Police House. Then, we enter a dreamworld crafted by Salvador Dali as we try to remember whether or not we actually killed a...

We're strutting our stuff and enjoying our new looks as we walk out of the Daily Bugle and talk about Spider-Man 3! Before we dive into Jake Freer's Patreon pick, though, we crack open the mailbag, check in on Thanksgiving week stuff, and chat about the first deleted scene from The Fast and the Furious in our minute-by-minute breakdown. Then, we welcome in Nate Milton (@N8Mozaik, The Rocky Maivia...

We welcome back Nico Vasilo (who would like you to call him Lil Hobbs) and Kevo Risse (who will not be doing that, thank you very much) to talk about Hobbs & Shaw on today's episode! Before we bring in the .html guys, though, we open the mailbag (including an email mocking us like a wrapped gift beneath the Christmas tree!) and then spend 45 minutes talking about the, well, 45 minutes of alternate...

We're wrapping up Animation Week on 2 Fast 2 Forever with a journey under the sea -- and around the globe -- in Finding Nemo! Before we just keep swimming, we officially close out The Fast and the Furious in the Fast and the Furious Minute. (At least until next time, when we start working through its deleted scenes.) Then, we experience tragic loss (hey, Finding Nemo is a Pixar movie, after all) a...

Turbo marks the kick-off of Animation Week on 2 Fast 2 Forever, and it's surprisingly appropriate in more ways than one! Before we head to the Indianapolis 500, though, we open a week-long mailbag and work our way through six minutes of credits in the Fast and Furious minute. Then, we get animated (so sorry) to talk about Turbo and all of its fastnections. We also talk about how we wish there was...

The Fast & Furious franchise spans 20 years, 10 films, 2 short films, an animated series, 16 soundtracks, a worldwide stunt show tour, 7 videogames, several toy lines, and even a theme park attraction. Throughout the franchise (10th highest grossing film franchise to date), the face of culture (and film!) changed -- beginning with a movie with barely any female characters with agency, featuring st...

We're nearing the end of the lap -- or are we? -- and we're headed to The Fate of the Furious, which metaphorically begins with one of our guests and ends with the other. Before we turn our backs against the family, though, we bid farewell (sort of) to the original movie as we (kind of) wrap up the first installment of The Fast and the Furious Minute. Then, we welcome in Kevo Risse and Nico Vasilo...

We're preparing for space (hopefully!) as we close out Robert Rodriguez Week-and-a-Half with Machete Kills! After catching up on ways we've tried to stay sane this week -- and preparing to hand over our keys to Dominic Toretto in the Fast & Furious Minute -- we welcome back Mike Manzi (Third Time's A Charm) to talk about the cameo-palooza of Machete Kills. We wonder whether this was the movie Robe...

Robert Rodriguez Week-and-a-Half continues on 2 Fast 2 Forever with Machete! Before entering the grindhouse, though, we catch up about Vin Diesel's new song, open a mailbag, and finally finish a quarter-mile race that seems to drag (no pun intended) on forever. (Also, a programming note in the intro, too!) Then, we're joined by Mike Manzi (The Monsters That Made Us) as we're set up, double-crossed...

We're gathering the #AlitaArmy and kicking off Robert Rodriguez Week (and a Half) to talk about 2019's Alita: Battle Angel! First up, we discuss our New York Comic-Con (#NYCC) panel, get a new listener's movie rankings, and talk about Borat. Then, we wrap up Season 2 of LOST before spending an entire minute in a quarter-mile race. We then jump far into the future to talk about Alita: Battle Angel,...

We're doubling down (a new phrase we've adopted) to talk about Furious 7 for the seventh time, this time with Nico Vasilo and Kevo Risse of .html! First things first, though, we cover some spooky movies, decidedly un-cheesy pizzas, and LOST statues with four toes. Then, on green, we go to Furious 7 to talk all about the interconnectedness of LOST, Star Wars, and the Fastiverse when it comes to adj...

Whether it's the third, fourth, or sixth movie in its franchise, today's episode is all about Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning. Well, it's all about Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning after talking about twenty-year-old seasons of The Amazing Race, opening our mailbag, heading to the LOST island to meet the Others, and checking Johnny Tran's pulse. Then, we're waking up with amnesia (and with...

We're headed back to Rio (...again), but this time with Nico and Kevo on-board as we talk about Fast & Furious Spy Racers: Rio! Before we head to South America, we talk about a tricky "would you rather?" scenario and open the future of the show (well, one segment, anyway) to the fans before hanging out with Ghost Ana for a minute and then watching Dom drift tap Lance down a hill. Then, Nico and Ke...

We're continuing our Spy Racers mini-series with our first of back-to-back episodes about Fast & Furious Spy Racers: Rio! First, though, we talk about important Spelunky 2 updates, open a stuffed mailbag, and watch Brian chase after Johnny Tran and Lance. (We also, you know, talk about a pretty important episode of LOST.) Then, we dive into Fast & Furious Spy Racers: Rio to talk about whether it e...

We're kicking off a mini-run of three straight Fast & Furious Spy Racers episodes by revisiting the first season with Nico Vasilo and Kevo Risse of .html! First, though, we welcome a new patron to the #family (one who's been ride or die for as long as we've known her), check in on Rose and Bernard on the Island, and pour one out for Jesse (#gonetoosoon). Then, Nico and Kevo join us to talk about t...

We're wrapping up Weepy, Wacky Romance Week in our memory loss lap with a return to #MagicMics for the Channing Tatum/Rachel McAdams movie The Vow. First, though, we head back to the island for a Hurley episode of LOST, then find ourselves nearly overwhelmed by the amount that happens in the Fast and Furious Minute #91. Then, we head west (well, east from Los Angeles) for The Vow to talk about how...

We're kicking off Weepy, Wacky Romance Week with the Lifetime Original film (please, don't call it a movie) The Wives He Forgot! After getting stuck in a "Lockdown" on LOST and wordlessly saying goodbye to the friends we thought we had in the F&F Minute, we're headed to the courtroom for Molly Ringwald's emergence as a criminal defense lawyer in The Wives He Forgot. We welcome in Brian "Mr. High S...
