We all need to learn how to share the truth with others. In a world where iron is supposed to sharpen iron, are we doing so with the love of the Father or love of self?  

“Be doers of the Word,” an instruction from James to those who follow the Messiah. But what does he mean by the phrase? What is the “Word” we are to do? We’ll examine what James was talk about and touch on the idea of the Torah being broken down into three categories, the civil laws, moral laws, and ceremonial laws. 

In this video series, we take a brief and concise look at the mo'edim (appointed times) of YHWH. Among those days, sometimes called Jewish holidays, are ones called Passover and Unleavened Bread.  We'll see where they comes from, how we can memorialize them, and what their prophetic implications are. 

 Some teach that speaking in tongues is for the body of believers today. Some say tongues ceased when the disciples left this world. What does Scripture tell us or indicate? Have tongues ceased or are they still for today? What are they for anyway? 

The subject of speaking in tongues is highly debated among believers today. What was Paul referring to in 1 Corinthians 14? Was it different than what happened in Acts 2? Is speaking in tongues referring to human languages? Ecstatic Utterances? Something else? 

Some point to Romans 7:1-6 to teach that believers are dead to the law. In fact, some go so far as to say that the Law of Moses has no authority over us. Is that what Paul is telling us in Romans 7?

 The reality of why apologetics matters is something not everyone understands. Believers are called to be able to defend their faith, but what are the benefits of being able to do so? Beyond intellectual or academic pursuits, what is the real value of apologetics in the average person’s life? 

Throughout the Bible it is made clear that God wants us to live, not to perish in our sins, so don’t despair. No matter what you think you may have done, as long as you’re alive on this earth, you have the chance to repent. Don’t delay, repent today! We are not guaranteed another breath and the Messiah is coming soon. 

 Making sense of God’s wrath isn’t always easy, but it is possible. The world is full of evil and corruption; the Bible teaches us that we have a loving Creator. Yet we also see, throughout Scripture, that the Father is vengeful and pours his wrath out upon those who deserve it.
