Ray + Jay's "Limited Run"

Ray tries out a not so new idea on a reluctant Jason. The resulting exchanges, involving a third party, really only make sense to Ray. Mass cards also get a mention, as does Jason's vasectomy. It's all part of the lads bumpy quest to get to know each other a bit better.

This time we hear how Jason is the aliens' jester, Ray is mistaken for Eamonn Dunphy and some cautionary tales about encounters of a hero nature. There's also misadventures with keys and DJ Poker straight. It doesn't always make sense.

The lads are all over the place but Jason would prefer Bali to Athlone. Speaking of the midlands there is thoughts on "th"s and a trip to Finland, the happiest country in the world. But before we loose the run of ourselves the whole thing unravels with talk of telomeres.

They're back and reeling through a maze of thoughts on sporting epic fails , spotty pink conspiracy theorists and toilet bowls. Jason is strident on bathroom procedures while Ray's legs are left hanging.

Here we go. Jason and Ray go on a ridiculous stream of consciousness that veers from Joe Biden's shoes to a gymnastic round off and ending in a pottery cul de sac. Along the way there's stone skimming, voice noting and some philosophizing on parenthood. None of it was planned.

Coming soon Jason Byrne and Ray D'Arcy get together for a chat with microphones. The lads aren't convinced that the world needs another podcast but they're going to feel the fear and do it anyway.
