Arsenio's High Performance Coaching

Send us Fan Mail How many times have I mentioned that working with fat cats don't do it in the best interest of the employees? Starbucks laid off tens of thousands of employees during COVID, Amazon shrugged their shoulder with layoffs, meanwhile their beloved ex-CEO, Jeff Bezos, flies in the stratosphere (literally). Elon Musk laying off thousands of aeronautical engineers and now he's a...

In today's episode, my student gave a 22-second intro, 33-second intro, and a just-right introduction in three speaking evaluations -- graded by me. Listen to wha...

Send us Fan Mail Frustrating experiences with late payers can be time-consuming and costly. There have been times that institutions here in Thailand would pay 1-12 months late. I, on the other hand, receive half payment upfront for bigger projects (over 50 hours) and the other half once the second-half begins. Now, if they don't pay, they don't get training. It's a general principle...
