Spoil Me

Thank you so much to Cindy for commissioning this episode! This is the one where things finally come to a head between Harry and...well, Harry and a lot of people, frankly. There's also another bully in the mix, though, and that's Ben. I truly hate that what he says gets to Charlie, because it's laughable that he's making SUCH a huge effort to let Charlie know he "doesn't care". If he didn't, we w...

Thank you so much to Cindy for commissioning this episode! This episode deals a lot in Nick starting to reach out a little bit in his understanding of his own sexuality, both in terms of online research and in terms of opening up to those around him who are queer. By the end of this episode he seems to have come to the conclusion that he's bisexual, although that may change at any time because it...

Thank you so much to Cindy for commissioning this episode! This is the one where Charlie's having a birthday and invites Nick to spend time with him and his friends at the Bowling Alley/Arcade. Despite the fact that I've been really frustrated with Tao at several points in the series so far, I have to admit that he's doing his best here to be a good friend and I have a hard time faulting him for t...

Thank you so much to Elyn for commissioning this episode! This is the episode I only watched once because I couldn't handle it again. Thanks so much to you all for listening, and I will see you soon with a new episode!

Thank you so much to Elyn for commissioning this episode! This episode is the one where THEY KIIIIISSSSSSSS

Thank you so much to Cindy for commissioning this episode! The obsession continues. NOW KISS

Thank you so much to Cindy for commissioning this episode! I am already obsessed. Thanks for listening!

Thank you to Max for commissioning this episode! It's time for the revealing finale, and I'm excited that I was right about who the murderer was but I will say that getting it right didn't make the finale any less fun to watch. I'm just sad that the season is over, and I hope I get to watch the second one! Thanks for listening, and I will see you soon with a new episode!

Thank you very much to Natalia for commissioning this episode! I'm so so excited to be starting season 2, but I discovered after this recording that no further episodes had been commissioned so apparently I was right and you can disregard my glee in the first minutes of the episode. Since this recording, folks have come through and commissioned a few more! But there's going to be a wait of almost...

Thank you very much to Max for commissioning this episode! This episode is really unexpected because we're no in the POV of anyone who was at the party this time! Instead we are transported back to Danner's beginning in the department, and we get to see just what she has against Germaine, the dude who is going to be officially assigned to the case. ACAB. Thanks for listening, and I will see you so...

Thank you so much to Max for commissioning this episode! So this installment is a really fun departure from the others because it's told entirely through cartoon since we're in Zoe's POV. It's really interesting to see the way that she was struggling within herself between the solid, satisfying, and serious choice of Aniq versus the wild, slimy, "would-make-a-good-story" hookup with Xavier. I kind...

Thank you so much to Max for commissioning this episode! Y'all I can't get over the fact that this is Walt's POV episode and it's not even named after him. My god this show is so damn brilliant. Thanks for listening, and I will see you soon with a new episode!

Thank you so much to Claire for commissioning this episode! This is the final episode of the season, which I didn't realize when I started watching, so IMAGINE MY SURPRISE when things end up the way they do. Thanks so much for listening, and I will see you soon with a new episode!

Thank you so much to Max for commissioning this episode! This was the episode where I felt like we really get to take full advantage of the gimmick of this narrative device regarding POVs because Chelsea's paranoia is off the charts and even though I know NONE of the things she mentions are even about her (I don't think), I totally get why she thinks they are. Thanks so much for listening, and I w...

Thank you very much to Claire for commissioning this episode! I'm so annoyed that Jane isn't going to kind of get Rafael to make some serious choices by demanding custody. I get that anger isn't the best and most well-judged motivator, but that man needs to learn some CONSEQUENCES. Thank you so much to you all for listening, and I will see you soon with a new episode!

Thank you very much to Max for commissioning this episode! I'm so serious about Yasper being the murderer, folks. I mean it. Something is up, there's something fishy going on with Yasper. I don't WANT there to be, but yes there is. Thank you for listening and I will see you soon with a new episode!

Thank you so much to Max for commissioning this episode! This was so very much fun, and I just loved it. We've got car chases, we've got a wannabe tough guy, we've got misunderstandings and recontextualization...it's a wonderful, heady mix. Thank you all again for listening, and I can't wait for the next episode!

Thank you so much to Andy for commissioning this episode, this book, this entire series. I can't tell you how great it's been to read this, and even better with the other fans who have sprung up since the series has grown in popularity. I hope you all have enjoyed the ride as much as I have. Thanks for listening.

Thank you very much to Max for commissioning this episode! I'm delighted with this premier, and I'm really glad that I went into it not knowing anything at all about it. It's a murder mystery, my friends! MY JAM! I'm loving the whole tone of this show so far and I can't wait to see a new POV next episode. Thanks so much to you all for listening, and I will see you soon with a new episode!

Thank you so much to Andy for commissioning this episode! I can't believe this series is over. The only thing left is the wrap-up episode where I will be reading the bloopers live, but otherwise that's the end of the actual plot and I'm so so sad about it. This ending is really satisfying though, and I have to say that I got more closure than I ever expected. I really really enjoyed all of this. T...

Thank you so much to Claire for commissioning this episode! This is a positively delightful installment of the show, and I'm certain that the wrestling motif is only here for this one episode but I kinda wish it would stick around. The whole thing with Alba and Petra's mother Magda really begins to come to a head here, and I have to confess that I'm really proud of Jane for deciding to ask for ful...

Thank you so much to Andy for commissioning this episode! These are some of the most satisfying chapters in all of Cradle. That is all.

Thank you so much to Andy for commissioning this episode! This is the section in which most of the gang ascends without Lindon, and I really didn't fully appreciate how this was going to go. They're held and questioned by the Abidan RE: becoming executors, and meanwhile Lindon is down with Orthos and Blue. He hosts a meeting with the Eight Man Empire and sets some restrictions in place to ensure M...

Thank you so much to Andy for commissioning this episode. These are the chapters in which Mercy winds up having to kill Malice. Despite being really relieved that Malice is no longer part of the equation, for Mercy's sake I appreciate the seriousness of the writing in this scene. It's a real testament to Will's ability to get me to care. Thanks for listening, and I will see you shortly with a new...

Thank you so much to Andy for commissioning this episode! In these chapters we have the final confrontation between Malice and Mercy, and it's truly a heartbreaking sequence of events. There's just enough humanity left in Malice that I have a moment of thinking she can be saved...but then she just does the thing she always does. Thanks for listening, and I will see you soon with a new episode!
