Sometimes I forget how lucky I am to have people who love me so dearly. Most importantly, I forget about how much Jesus loves me. But I was greatly reminded today. In today's message, Pastor Malcolm says that Jesus was innocent, and still was killed by people who didn't believe in him. Jesus never sinned, yet everyone thought he was lying. Despite the disbelief, He still died for you. He bore the...

For some people, keeping secrets isn't their forte. It's hard, especially when the secret is exciting. We tell our closest friends some good news, and they want to tell everyone. They may even slip up, but they can't. In today's message, Pastor Malcolm reminds you that Jesus continuously told the people he healed not to tell anyone else of it. He never declared himself Messiah until the Passover....

To take pleasure in the downfall of the wicked does not reflect the heart of Jesus. He went to great lengths, to extend the offer of salvation to all who are lost, and His heart is saddened over their rejection. As Pastor Malcolm will remind us in today's message, we should seek to have the same heart as Christ. Instead of looking at those outside of the church as the enemy, someone to be afraid o...

God desires righteousness from his children. We should strive to live lives that honor him and obey his commands. But the fact is, we're going to come up short. In Christ, that sin is covered, and God sees us as righteous despite our failures. As Pastor Malcolm will clarify in today's message. This doesn't mean just ignoring sin that remains in our lives. We need to be honest with ourselves and co...

Without prophecy, the Bible would lack much of its significance and power. It's important to remember that this book, the physical papers bound together, isn't magical, and it doesn't possess any supernatural power in itself. It's who it represents and teaches us about, that gives it its power. As Pastor Malcolm will remind us in today's message. This book is God's word to us. We can find comfort...

Daniel lived 200 years before the rise of Alexander the Great and the Macedonian Empire. This empire ruled over Greece, Egypt, and Persia. When you consider that, suddenly the prophecy we'll encounter in today's passage with Pastor Malcolm may seem shocking, it clearly demonstrates God's ability to reveal truth and foreknowledge to his prophets. It wasn't anything special about Daniel, but the ete...

As we examine the prophecies in scripture concerning the end of this world as we know it, it's not hard to find many parallels with the state of things in our world, we have wars, rumors of war, famine, natural disasters, disease, and the infrastructure is in place for a one world global government, and monetary system. As Pastor Malcolm will remind us in today's message, we can't know exactly whe...

As we walk in this broken world, the pain and heartache, we experience and witness in our communities can be overwhelming. God's Word is misrepresented and misused by many, while others outright reject it. It can be frustrating to see the blatant wickedness that is being tolerated and openly embraced in our culture. But as Pastor Malcolm will remind us in today's message, we have reason to hope. G...

Are you living your life ready for Jesus to return at any moment? If you've trusted in Christ, this isn't a matter of making sure you're always doing good works and never sinning, just in case he returns, those are good goals to strive for, but only for His glory and for the sake of reaching others. Your salvation isn't dependent on that. It's only dependent on Him. With that in mind, Pastor Malco...

When you're a part of a powerful nation or empire, it can be hard to see it from God's perspective. It's important to remember that God is on the side of His kingdom. He isn't on the side of any one nation or ruler. As Pastor Malcolm will clarify in today's message. We are the ones who must choose whether we're on God's side. Or if we're going to serve ourselves and our agendas. As believers, we'v...

You never know what you really believe until a crisis reveals it. Today, Pastor Malcolm contrasts those who stand firm in their convictions with those who crumble under adversity or fear. Standing up for what you believe may bring hardship, but giving into pressure, can leave you carrying the burden of guilt. Pastor Malcolm also remind you that if that kind of guilt is weighing you down, trade tha...

You know you ought to make decisions based on evidence and what's best for others rather than for yourself. And as a Christian, the Spirit should also be your guide. Your choices shouldn't be driven by fear, envy, or personal bias. Yet we all know that doesn't always happen. In today's message, Pastor Malcolm points out that even people in positions of great power can make poor decisions, and the...

Have you ever heard the phrase too much of a good thing? It means that even something beneficial or enjoyable can become harmful when taken to excess. Today, Pastor Malcolm reminds you that in His kindness, God has given you wonderful things to enjoy, and there's nothing wrong with taking pleasure in them. However, he also warns that it's easy to let those good gifts rule your life instead of allo...

Today, Pastor Malcolm invites you to ponder a big question. If you refuse to acknowledge God as the creator. Can you truly be saved? Saving faith begins by humbling yourself before the one who rules over heaven and earth. He is your creator, your king, and the one who gives every living being breath. As a subject of the king, you are called to bow your knees and heart before Him willingly, recogni...
