Writing Tips and Writerly Musings

Welcome! If you want to hear writing tips from the big names, the medium names, and everyone else, look no further. As a blogger, vlogger, and actively querying fantasy author, I am addicted to attending all the writing panels a person could possibly attend at a convention. We're talking about attending upwards of 25 hours of panels in 3 days. Fortunately for you? I love sharing my copious notes. But, I also get real. I share my writerly musings: my struggles, my failures, and... hopefully, my writing successes. Thanks for listening. Morgan Hazelwood

Whether you go with traditional publishing or small press, you need to be careful. =============================== If you find my cont...

Writers, Are You Using Your Beta Readers Wrong? 24.08.2026

As writers, we're always refining and adjusting our processes, trying to figure out what works best for this novel, today. Me? I finished up a round of revisions this weekend, and tossed them off to beta readers -- but I might have been too hasty. Getting Started with Audiobook Narration 10.08.2026

With a mother who was a children's librarian and did the best bedtime stories, I've always been fascinated with audiobook narration.
