This Is Hard To Say
On this wild ride we call life I've found that most experiences I encounter are hard to say. This project is my Alchemy. This Is Hard To Say was birthed from my life long battle with disordered eating that ultimately lead me to my death bed in 2020. Writing & sharing is one way I alchemize hard experiences I encounter. I cover disordered eating, trauma, loss but also joy, art and small moments in life that shower us in gratitude. I welcome others to join! Join me as I navigate the vulnerabilities of what it means to share. ThisIsHardToSay.meVideo: https://www.youtube.com/@ThisIsHardToSay Suppo...
