This episode was recorded back in January! I don't even remember what is on it! Andy was new to union stuff and had been a 204b so I wanted to get his take. Hopefully we do some updates if he gets deeper into the union. Also, it was the first attempt at recording with more than one person, IN PERSON and so I'm sorry about the audio quality.

In this episode we sit down with NBA and presidential aspirant Mike Caref. In order to understand those looking to lead the union, we have to understand their thought process, their point of view, their convictions. Hopefully this conversation provides a little more insight into Brother Caref. It did run long, I'm still a massive work in progress, thank you for any feedback.

On this episode I have a conversation with another rank and file Table 2 carrier, Michael Rivera. We discuss everything from article 10 charges to local election procedure.

In this conversation with Alan Gegax and Michael Brasaemle we discuss some local railroading I've recently experienced. We discuss the mentality and some techniques local branches use to stop reform or simply protect their power.

In this opinion episode we respond to an attack and explain some of the situation. we also review a few podcast episodes. I don't really like how this turned out, but that's life. Again, any feedback is appreciated, thank you.

A response to the Special episode of From A to Arbitration about two Regional Administrative Assistants being released by national leadership. We Briefly discuss why the CLC is hypocritical in my opinion.

This episode talks a little bit about Apathy, and how to combat it. I'm no expert, but this episode offers some simple solutions to problems that cause apathy toward the NALC. I also remind Table 2 that they are the majority!
