The Inner Shift Podcast

Welcome to The Inner Shift Podcast, where Kimothy and Amy get real about women’s mental health. If you’re juggling caregiving, work, family, burnout, and that voice in your head screaming, “WTF is happening?!”—you’re in the right place. This isn’t fluffy self-care. We talk about anxiety, burnout, and meltdowns in grocery store aisles while doing too much. Expect raw conversations, expert insights, and zero BS. It’s time to stop pretending we have it all together. Grab coffee (or wine), take a deep breath, and let’s figure this out together.
