The Everyday Father

Being a father is an incredible responsibility. It's the hardest job I've ever had. With 3 little ones at home I wanted a place to share stories, insights, and thoughts on ways to continue to take care of myself while raising 3 kids. This show is about staying healthy and active, continuing to invest in yourself, while teaching your kids the things you value most. Fatherhood is a journey, you don't have to do it alone.

Finding Enough 17.04.2024

One of the most challenging parts of being a father and a man is finding enough. Am I doing enough? Am I providing enough? Am I there enough? I’d love it if you’d take a minute now to like, comment, and...

Building Habit Blocks 17.04.2024

Habits are crucial to making our lives easier and more efficient. But sometimes we become hostage to our habits and routines. As a father, there are many times that the thing we want to do gets interrupted by something we have to do, right now. So, something I've worked to develop is habit blocks. Places in my day where certain activities can go. This way I have some ability to shuffle and mov...

Discipline Over Motivation 15.04.2024
