While I was grinding through my workout, I witnessed a bird collide with a window. It hit me – life’s a lot like that. We’re surrounded by windows showing our dreams, but smashing through isn’t the move. Instead, pause, face reality, and carve a new path to reach your destination.

Two years in as a TV host, and I’m incredibly thankful for this opportunity after a 19-year journey. Sharing the importance of having people who nourish your life during mental droughts. It was between the years of 2008-2009, times were very tough and nothing seemed to be working and then I heard a voice say “prepare because where you’re is going will look a lot different then where you’re today”! I didn’t understand at the time what that meant but oh I’m so glad I began to take steps in preparing. Take a listen.

Well, jay has embraced nature and is out in the woods! I decided to take my family Glamping and so far it’s been amazing and I didn’t even realize my soul needed it! Take a listen. 

I wanted to share a challenging time I had in my life and someone said to me “Jay you’re going to have to surround yourself around beautiful while going through.” It was a shift in my mind to not focus on my condition but see myself on the other side of it.  Take a listen. 

Many times in my life I have felt this feeling of, why isn’t this working or why did they choose someone else. There is a reason and could it be something greater is protecting you and saving you for something that’s just for you! Take a listen. 

Okay… I’m letting you into my fitness new journey and let me just say it’s tough but I’m sharing my life and letting you know it’s a process but we have to begin and never stop! The results will show up but you have to commit!

I used to say “I’m just waiting for the world to discover me” and each year would go by and nothing would happen. It wasn’t until I discovered myself and began to walk in my calling that the world took notice. Take a listen stay focused and encouraged.
