Self-Centered Therapy Podcast

Welcome to The Self Centered Podcast. Where we are not therapists, but we are self-centered. Where we talk like no one's listening, because we know nobody is. We are your hosts Brandon Doulos Garrett and Danny Lobos. We like to talk to anyone and everyone. Everyone has a fun story, a good idea, or a unique perspective on life. We strive to have a solid conversation with no distractions where we can find ways to connect as fellow humans. Not many people talk to one another anymore but we believe it's therapeutic. So please join us for healthy discourse and laughter!
