Welcome to PT Cubed, an extension of my Instagram pt__squared. Personal Training x Physical Therapy x Podcast Talks = PT Cubed! Relax, take a deep breath, and join me as we take a deep dive below the surface of our thoughts and actions. I will be guiding you through integrating introspection and reflective practices into your life to establish a stronger relationship with yourself, and hopefully understand and improve on some of your habits. I am no expert, and am a learner myself through every step of the process. I hope that some of my anecdotal experiences provide useful insight and advice.
