Before the break, we talked about my trip to Oahu, and specifically visiting the Dole Pineapple plantation. It got me thinking about my grandpa’s taro farm in the kingdom of Tonga.  I think there’s some interesting comparisons and contrasts we can make between the big business vs the small business.
