The why- What is the purpose behind all of this, I think life as a human being can be really challenging especially when we don’t really learn the tools that help us navigate being human. I believe that through the body we can change our experience of life. I wish for a world that is joyful, expansive and loving. I wish for unity, depth and understanding. I hope that through everything you experience on your journey of life, that you find ease. I hope you find the courage to live your truth. I hope you see how worthy and incredible you are.
