Join this summer walk through the beatitudes, the way of true blessing stated by Jesus. According to Jesus, the way to true blessing or true happiness comes contrary to what one expects. Let your mind engage with this first beatitude which provides a foundation for the others to follow.

Consider what you are looking to for deep-seated happiness. Have you found something that proves to be long-lasting or temporary? Join the introduction to a new series, "Upsides Down - A Summer Walk through the Beatitudes." Jesus says true happiness is discovered in a way contrary to natural thinking.

This message observes an encounter Jesus had involving children, but it comes at a place in the gospels least expected. Children teach grown-ups much and Jesus understood this. At the close of the message, communion will be observed. You are invited to participate in remembering Jesus’ sacrifice!

This message concludes the series titled “Shine.” Talking about shining doesn’t move one into practice. It must be acted on. Scripture states that believers shine like stars in the universe (Philippians 2:15). How eager are you to shine? This message closes with practical ways to put into practice the truth of this series.

Believers are to shine. What motivates them to do so? Is it strict adherence to a set of rules? Growing in self-discipline? Or is there something else? This Sunday's message addresses this.

Followers of Jesus should bring light to the world, but certain behaviors and attitudes can stand in the way. What stands in the way? This message shares both hindrances and the solution to shining.

This message is the beginning of a new series. Followers of Jesus are called to shine in the midst of spiritual darkness permeating the world. In order to shine one must know the source of light!

This Easter celebration examines the final verses of Ephesians – the armor of God.   While it may seem unusual to look at this passage for Easter, the reason believers are able to stand their ground against the enemy is fully because of the resurrection of Jesus.  When Jesus rose from the grave He defeated not only death, but sin and it’s power!

The focus in the message today emphasizes the relationship between husband and wife, keeping in mind this is a picture of the relationship of Christ and his church.  Ephesians 5:22-31

While you may be tempted to wonder if it is okay to continue our study from the book of Ephesians, consider that believers of Paul's day fully understood economic hardship, disease, and the pain of living in a fallen world...yet Paul shares these words with them. May these words be used to draw you nearer to the very heart of God!

This message contains a response to COVID-19 followed by brief introduction to Ephesians 5. Paul reminds believers in this section of Ephesians that imitating God calls for a life lived differently. Love for Jesus is best evidenced by turning away from tendencies which reveal sinful humanity.

In Ephesians 4:17-32, Paul instructs believers to “put off” certain traits which describe life outside of a relationship with Jesus, followed by a directive regarding what to “put on.” Listen and consider what areas you need to bring under the Lord’s control – whether that be “putting off” or “putting on.”

Enjoy this shorter message on unity, looking specifically at Ephesians 4:1-16 where Paul tells believers to “make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit” (vv. 3).  Jesus provided unity through the cross.  Maintaining unity is the call of every believer.  According to Paul, it isn’t optional!

Ephesians 3:14-21 closes the first half of this letter to the Ephesians.  These verses serve as a prayer reflecting on the grace and unity available through Jesus.  Paul urges these believers to be established in love – understanding Jesus has great love for them.  The same love is poured out on us today!

Perhaps you enjoy reading mystery books or watching mystery movies/plays. The apostle Paul writes in Ephesians about a mystery which was made known. While the mystery spoken of is now common knowledge, it would have likely shocked Jewish believers and been greatly welcomed by Gentile believers. What’s the mystery? Listen in!

There is much which can divide believers, yet the blood of Jesus brings unity. When the book of Ephesians was originally penned, thick animosity existed between Jews and Gentiles. Jesus brought peace to both of these groups! His desire for unity within the body today is the same.

Grace and mercy make sense when human nature is understood. Can people be both objects of God’s wrath and objects of His love? This message looks at Ephesians 2:1-10 and addresses this very thing. Listen in!
