We have to be more explicit with what we want because sometimes our hints aren’t understood. Gone are the days where we could imply what we needed or wanted. Let go of the idea that we have to be everyone’s cup of tea. Believe that greater things are coming when it comes to letting go of toxic friendships. Yes, I know you are a bad ass b*tch but it’s ok to say I need a moment or I need some help. Forget those ideas you grew up saying that you can’t ask for help or that you have to do it on your own. That’s total BS!! We have a lot on our plate. So ask for help or a time out for yourself. You got this girl! With your fine self!
