Friends. Period.
We’ve been together since elementary school, evolving from navigating our first periods to now our last. Through weddings, divorces, cross-country moves and more, we’ve remained each other's ultimate sounding board. Now, we’re tackling the "mid-life phase" together—navigating the brain fog, changing bodies, and night sweats with laughter and honesty. We know not everyone has a lifelong support system, so we’re inviting you into our circle. Join us to vent, brainstorm, and find inspiration in the chaos of menopause and beyond. Because through every life-changing event, we are: Friends. Period.
