Friends on Air
Welcome to Friends On Air, a podcast presented to you by The Friendship Circle of Pittsburgh! On this podcast, our teen hosts discuss real life, with real people. We hope to inspire others by sharing stories of individuals and pairs of friends who have dealt with mental health challenges or just the ups and downs of life and discussing what brought them healing and inner peace. Our goal is to help teens feel seen, understood, cared for and supported. In these episodes, we also talk about the role that friendship and connection plays in a person’s emotional wellbeing!
