Welcome to the Find the Gap podcast, where we are going to focus on the health and wellbeing of the support personnel and practitioners within high performance sport. This will act as a platform for practitioners to share their own insights and experiences that have helped them progress to where they are today, as well as being a safe environment in which they can touch upon moments of vulnerability and other emotional battles they have had to overcome in order to be successful.
