Fascinating Travel Destinations

Each week we will choose one location and begin with a tale that will encapsulate the flavor of the area – something a bit beyond what a travel book would tell you, but something that will be much more fun & interesting to hear.  Then we will give a travel tip of two.  Some weeks, we will delve into the realm of myth and lore, others we’ll look at a historical figure or two, sometimes it may even be about the land itself. The goal is not to provide an in depth travel log or all the info you would need to visit a location.  But a fun few minutes about a place you may want to visit some day or just plain know a little bit more about.
