Everyday Therapy: The Weekly Unravel
Each week we unpack the complexity of a lived life. Our experiences of shame, grief, sadness, loneliness are global and yet we feel so isolated in them. I am a Canadian Certified Psychotherapist with a therapeutic focus on loss of self-identity, life challenges, anxiety and the general stuckness we all encounter at one point in our lives. This show will bring levity and humility while we unravel what it means to be human and in connection with others.
