In many urban schools across the country, you will find the primary audience to be minorities while the primary authority are white administrators and educators. Dear White Teacher is a podcast and platform designed to shed light on the struggles and to discuss strategies to build lasting relationships with students of color in order to teach them successfully. This podcast is for anyone that finds it challenging creating connections in the classroom but specifically focusing on providing a safe space for educators who may need assistance doing so!
