12. Hot Toddy [Roukan] ¾ cup water 1 ½ ounces whiskey 2 to 3 teaspoons honey, to taste 2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste 1 lemon round 1 cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)

11 . Classic Manhattan [Brooks] 2 ounces rye whiskey 1 ounce sweet vermouth 2 dashes Angostura bitters Garnish: brandied cherry (or lemon twist, if preferred)

ROUKAN 10. Apple Cider Old Fashioneds [Roukan] 2 ounces quality apple cider or juice Dash of angostura bitters ½ teaspoon brown sugar 2 ounces bourbon whiskey Ice , for serving

9. Irish Mule [Corbick] 2 ounces (¼ cup) Irish whiskey ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice 4 ounces (½ cup) ginger beer For serving: ice, lime wedge, fresh mint

8.Santa Clausmopolitans [Brooks] Candy cane, for rim (optional, feel free to use sugar instead) One lime wedge, along with the juice and reserved zest of one half 1.5 oz citrus vodka or regular vodka (one shot)* 2 oz cranberry juice (.25 cups) 1 oz Cointreau (optional) Fresh cranberries for garnishing, optional

7. Chocolate Martini [Roukan] Cocoa powder, to rim glass 1 ounce chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva), plus more for rimming glass 1 ounce creme de cacao (such as Giffard) 1 ounce vodka 1/2 ounce half-and-half

6. Whiskey Ginger [Corbick] 2 parts Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 1 part Lime Juice 1/2 part Fresh Ginger 1/3 parts Simple Syrup Sprig of Rosemary (for garnish) Candied Ginger (for garnish) Or 1 ½ oz Whiskey Ginger Beer Lime Wedge

5. Pecan Pie Martini(Brooks) 2 tablespoons toasted pecan halves, crushed 1 ½ tablespoons pure maple syrup Ice (Optional) 2 ounces bourbon 2 ounces maple-pecan liqueur 3 tablespoons heavy cream Whipped cream and pecan halves for garnish

4. Hot Buttered Rum [Corbick] 2 ounces gold rum 1 tablespoon hot buttered rum batter* Boiling water, to top Garnish: nutmeg, freshly grated

3. Irish Coffee [Corbick] 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey 2 teaspoons brown sugar Hot brewed coffee, to top Garnish: whipped cream

2. Cranberry Mimosas [Roukan] 1 ½ cups cranberry juice (375 ml) ½ cup Grand Marnier 1 (750 ml) bottle of chilled champagne fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs for garnish

1. Espresso Martini [Brooks] 2 ounces vodka 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur (usually Kahlúa) 1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate) 1/2 ounce simple syrup Garnish: coffee beans
