Bloom with Body, Birth & Baby is a podcast to bring you holistic education by professionals in the pregnancy, birth and postpartum space to help you bloom into motherhood! I am so excited to teach alongside amazing experts to fill in the gaps of mainstream education to help you nourish your pregnancy, prepare for your birth and turn the spotlight onto postpartum.
