BE(coming) YOU

What happens when you believe in yourself? And you show up? Let's dive in! Angela

Dear one,  I invite you to FOCUS your love to what LIGHTS you up. And release ALL that doesn't. Can you feel the freedom? In the moment with you,  Angela

Do you feel the call to let go? To surrender the internal war? To FOCUS on what lights you up and let go of what doesn't? Yes. This week, let's focus. Together,  Ange

What compels a human to break free or their comfort? To feel bigger? To create more? To BE? Pondering with you,  Angela

Go deeper. Feel it. Dive in and claim the depths of the MAGIC of who you are... In collaboration,  Ange

Claiming small acts of devotion with intention... The path to create what is in our hearts. Together.   Can you feel the possibilites? Ange

Easing into the day, can feel so kind and lovely. Today, I share my version of it. I invite you into more ease, and activation. In devotion to you and our world,  Ange

Claiming your heart's yearnings. Releasing the compromising should's. Together, we rise,  Angela

Can you claim your release? The release of the 'old' and 'outdated'. We are responsible of our own suffering. We get to choose. The joy of being human,  Angela

What becomes available when we claim our journey? Ourselves? Our power? Our challenges? And choose a lens of abundance and enoughness? Watch out world! With you,  Angela

Smashana - an oracle card I pulled today from the Kali Oracle card deck by Alana Fairchild is packed with sacred disruption. How fun;) How wild;) How scary;) It all lives here. Together,  Angela

What does wealth mean to you? What if it was fully available in a flow for you? For the world? Pondering... With love,  Angela

Being in the real and raw. As human. As I evolve. With you,  Ange

Sharing from a tender space. Again. It shows up again and again. You know what I mean. We all have those spaces. To give them witness and space. With compassion and grace. Let's go,  Angela

Letting go of old patterns and beliefs. We do this together. We witness each other through it. We practice trusting. Together,  Angela

Today, I flew. I felt fear, and I did it anyway. Because I have trained for this. Because I actually know what I'm doing. My prayer is this message lands exactly where it needs to for you today. And always,  Angela

I used the word INTEGRATED for this week.  Past tense. While allowing the awareness of something that has integrating. And basking in the effects. Integrated of past with present. Integrated into a moment of calm and contentment. Integrated into new experiences with presence and curiosity. And not rigid expectations. Enjoy,  Angela

Today I read from the Shaman's Dream Oracle deck. The Fool's Embrace. It's a great message. The Both/And. Enjoy,  Ange

What compels you to receive more love? Today. Not tomorrow. Not some very distant future. But now. Sending you all the love that I am,  Ange

Have you felt the lightness of dancing with another soul in a way that brings more light and connection? Have you felt the heaviness of an old mask that is ready to dissolve? What compels you to know the difference and to seek one more than the other? Enjoy contemplating today's experience. Together with you,  Angela

Another day to connect and burrow into the recesses of the heart to discover compelling awareness to show up. To feel the hard thing. To BE present with another who has had a different experience than you. To have the courageous conversation... Together,  Ange

What compells you to do the thing that most won't? What compells you to think the thing that most won't? What compells you to BE the one that you were here to be? Processing this one with you,  Angela

What compels you to get up? What supports you to create more compelling energy to get up and move, do the thing, create a new process, grow? After a full night's sleep, I found 'compelling' eneregy much more available!   And I'm sharing the vibes here with you,  Angela

What does a day of play look like for you? What compells you to evolve and change your thinking? What inspires you? Today, I share a few reflections from a play day with my husband, Paul. XO,  Ange

Instead of tuning the internal default setting to pain and suffering and 'holding back',  I am choosing today to tweak the setting to Joy for the day. I'll report back tomorrow. Try it out and see what happens. Let's experiment together,  Ange
