The kids are the future, and we want them to succeed, but at what cost? At some point we just have to let them be kids. Or else they grow up to be teens that would look up from their homework and realize they don't have friends, or worse, workaholic adults that won't have time for friends or loved ones.

One day, you're too cool to tell someone you like them, the next day, you're thirty and you're doing all the corny lovey-dovey things you swore you would never do. That's love. Lean in. You can't fight it.

While most managers and employers look at remote work as "less than" compared to working in the office and have only reluctantly offered a hybrid model as an option, some people don't even have much of a choice but to work in person even if they wanted to work remote.

We've been saying it since 2020: Let people decide if they want to come back and work at the office or not.

When 2020 happened, people have been "forced" to adapt to remote work. Those who have EXCLUSIVELY worked on-site have had a hard time, especially managers who prefer to micromanage their employees. They themselves adapted and found software that allows them to do so to their remote workers. Thanks, WE HATE IT.

The housing market in Los Angeles, as we all know, is a nightmare. Ahead of Max flying back in to go apartment-hunting, they have been looking  online and compiled an ongoing list. It's much too early, but we wanted to get an idea of what we're in for.

Most forms of mainstream entertainment have recently been covering the Multiverse, presenting how characters in the story could have led different lives had they made a completely different decision. Max and I have both pondered how different our lives - together or apart - could have been had we made different decisions through our lives.

With Max's moving day slowly becoming more definite and getting closer, the topic of cohabitation - whether it's with just us as a couple or with Lauren as a polycule - and being able to have our own spaces came up. While we all love being together, we cherish our "me time".
