Building a YouTube channel takes more than chasing views and subscribers. Sometimes, it means stepping back, rethinking your strategy, and focusing on the bigger picture. Another Monday, another check-in. Lately, I’ve been asking myself a question: Am I actually doing enough to make this creator thing work? Between work, family, life, packing, gaming content, art, podcasts, Shorts, streams, and trying to make longer videos, it can sometimes feel like I should always be doing more. But I’m starting to realize that working harder isn’t necessarily the answer. I need...

It’s easy to look at views, subscribers, likes, and results and feel like you should be further along. But what about all the work nobody sees? The planning, recording, editing,...

What am I actually building? That’s the question I’m asking myself in this week’s episode of The Monday Check-In. Over time, ArtwithErrol has grown from simply sharing my artwork into something much bigger — art, gaming, streaming, podcasting, Shorts, and everything in between. And with all of that comes the numbers: subscribers, views, watch time, likes, and comments. It’s easy to get caught up i...
