When we were flying home from California last week, I looked out the window as we flew over the Rocky Mountains. As I sat in awe of such majesty, I was struck with a PROFOUND sense of gratitude and I want to share more about and how I’m allowing it to change my perception with you today.

There will always be people who inspire you and people who make you feel ‘less than’. It’s important to pay attention to who and why some may make you uncomfortable. It’s usually a YOU problem that you need to unpack and heal. That being said, that doesn’t mean you need those people in your feed every day. Never be afraid to use the unsubscribe and/or block buttons.

I recently saw a post on IG asking why “dad bods” are socially acceptable but “mom bods” need to be fixed. My take may surprise you.. if you disagree I would love to know why and how you feel.
