It's more of a mental health situation but I need a serious reset in all aspects of life. I'm doing good but I want to be great.

Had a moment with my wife last night that was unnecessary on my part.

My kids can be heard in the background but that's pure energy. They are just having fun living life. This episode is about me trying to stay away from bad energy and manage mine when it's on me.

I don't have a problem playing my position but eventually it is time to step up and be a leader and take charge. I am more comfortable being the supporting cast but I should look for opportunities to step out into the spotlight.

My son had a great 9th birthday but says he did not because he didn't get all the gifts he wanted.

Happy 10th birthday to Noah (12/14/13)! This is a safe episode for those that need to grieve or for those who are still grieving.
