Not a game cover for once! I just bought a Moog Subharmonicon, and was trying to think of a suitably Moog-y song to cover over the weekend - this was the first one that came to mind :)

Created as part of RMX Jam: itch.io/jam/rmx-jam Shamefully, I haven't actually gotten far enough into FF8 to hear this song in context! I first heard it as part of FFXIV's Eden raid (www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRTefk-XgDU). That arrangement is amazing, but I feel like it loses some of the crazy prog rock vibes of the original - so this is my attempt at finding a middle ground between the two versions...

Something a bit different from my usual metal covers! This is my submission for OST Composing Jam: PASTIME II (https://itch.io/jam/ost-composing-jam-pastime-ii). Persona 5 may be my favourite single player RPG of all time, so I've been trying to decide on a song to cover for a while - I figured everyone under the sun has already done a Rivers In The Desert cover, I'd go for the *other* extremely hype boss theme :p This arrangement is a mix of the boss theme and the music that plays when you defeat him - hopefully I did the songs justice!

i've been wanting to cover this track ever since the first teaser trailer came out! it's such a weird mix of different styles and it changes key up and down like a bazillion times so it was pretty fun to work on.

been trying to get better at tapping/tremelo picking, so spent the last few days working on this! it's a bit messy but it was fun to put together.
