A part 2 about defending the faith, continuing on from last week. Again with the same focus, on giving you guys lots of scripture on why apologetics and defending your faith is so much more than arguing and head knowledge.

This is so much more than debating, or reaching people with the gospel. In this episode we go into not only how to bring your faith to people in the right way, but also how to get to a place where we can defend our faith, and how we get to a place where we can share our story with anyone.

This episode is all about the Holy Spirit and yahad. We look at verses in John 16 and more which view the Holy Spirit as not just a member of the Trinity, but a present helper in times of need.

We are back after a short break. The two of us have stories that have led us to talk about how much God is for us. This is a shorter episode, but we talk about how this is what God has put in our hearts the most recently.

We felt that these two gifts in the Word had to be talked about deeper. In our study on these two topics we found how much these two topics connect to the bigger message of Yahad and how God supplies us with his presence in our lives.

Worship is not just music, or shouting praise to God as some of us may think at first. It is willful surrender to God in many ways, and this episode if filled with greek words and little ways God has shown us how important yahad is and how it connects to the idea of worship.

This goes along with what we talk about in almost every episode. We all want to follow Christ, be holy and experience blessing, but we as Christians struggle to agree on how. True intimacy, from spending time with him in his Word and His presence is how we see in all areas results in being holy, experiencing blessing and seeing the love and goodness of God and the fruits of the Spirit.

Understanding the Bible is a important part of not only being a Christian, but being able to obtain and learn the wisdom of God. Trying to understand the Bible and the wisdom that is in God, knowing what is the word of God, and knowing how to actually rely on the Holy Spirit to make the wisdom of God known to you is what this episode is filled with.

Most of us want something to change somewhere in our lives. The world and religion says that changes on the outside will impact the inside, but as we share in this episode, not only is this not true, it is a lot more hopeful and amazing that we as Chrisitans are changed from the inside out because of what Jesus did on the cross for us.

The difference in answers and perceptions the American church has about what experiencing God and His Kingdom looks like is one of many things this episode looks at. We don't just talk about the details and personal lessons and experiences, we made this episode reachable to any Christian, from recently reborn to the well-educated follower.

As a follow up to last week, on this episode we talk about love again. Looking at 1 John chapter 4, we look at how loving God and how he loves us so much that it is a part of our identity as Christians. There is not much we can say here, so listen in as we look deeper into the nature of God's love for us.

We have been talking about this in almost every episode. It is what changed us, the reality that the living God loves us, despite everything we do and don't do. This is the episode to tune into and listen to. It is the root of the transformation in our lives, and it can be for you too.

God is good, and we talk a lot about this and a lot about yahad in this episode. We all say it, but what does the goodness of God really mean? Listen in for the verses and experiences we have regarding the goodness of God in the 10th episode of yahadcast.

Looking at Matthew 5:13-16, although short in content we go deep into what being the salt and light of the earth as Bible-believing Christians looks like and how some of us have had this idea portrayed poorly by churches and religious backgrounds. In part 2 we look at 1 John 3:1-9, a passage of scripture not commonly preached in church because of its ability to confuse those who don't understand the context. This episode may open your mind about who we truly are in Christ, listen and share if there is any wisdom you think must be heard by others from this episode.
